Sweet and Sour Chicken





Marinated the chicken with less sodium soy sauce, honey, used cayenne pepper instead of red pepper flakes, ginger, and garlic for 6 hours in the refrigerator.
Used half of red, orange, and yellow bell peppers and didn't used green peppers. Used half of the yellow onions.


Used trader joe's pineapple tidbits instead of fresh pineapple.

Ate it with quinoa but you can also it with brown rice.
