Basic Healthy Crepe





Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of almond milk light
1 egg 
1 banana
greek yogurt

Add almond milk, flour, and egg in the blender. Blend it until smooth. Take out the batter and put it in a mixing bowl. Cover the batter and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight. 

Heat pan and pour  1/4 cup of batter in the pan. Tilt the pan in a circle motion and cook crepe until light brown. Add greek yogurt and bananas in the crepe.
