Late Birthday and Happy Engagement Dinner for Mariel ( Bibimbap, Korean BBQ, and Korean Pancakes)


Bibimbap - Korean Mixed Rice with Meat and Assorted Vegetables


Ingredients:
1/2 pound of organic ground turkey
2 carrots
1 cup of crini mushrooms
2 cups of baby spinach
1 egg
2 cups of wild rice
olive oil

sauce for organic turkey
1 tablespoon of less sodium soy sauce
1tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1/4 tsp minced garlic

sauce for bibimbap
2 tablespoons of less sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of water
1 table of vinegar

Korean BBQ 


Marinated the beef and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Cooked the beef in a grilling pan 

Ingredients:
1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons less sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons water
1 tablespoon and 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon and 1-3/4 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons white sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 and 1/4 teaspoons of black pepper 1 tablespoon and 1-3/4 teaspoons minced garlic
1 large onion, minced
1-1/4 pounds of beef sirloin


Korean Potatoe Pancakes 


Ingredients:
2 white potatoes
1/2 yellow onion
olive oil
