Pan Fried Salmon with Stir Fry Broccoli and Mushrooms





Ingredients: 
1 cup of broccoli
1 cup of mushrooms
1/2 of avocado
2 teaspoons of light sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon of olive oil

salt
pepper
olive oil  

Chopped broccoli and mushrooms. In a pan, heat up the olive oil and then add the mushrooms and broccoli. Season it with salt and pepper. Then add the soy sauce and stir it. Cooked mushrooms and broccoli until tender.

Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat up olive oil in a medium heat. Put salmon in the pan and cook each side for 5 minutes.
