Broiled Tilapia with Roasted Bell Peppers and Broccoli





Ingredients:
1/2 of red bell pepper
1/2 of yellow bell pepper
1/2 of orange bell pepper
1/2 cup of broccoli
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar 
2 teaspoons of olive oil
kale 

 tilapia
salt
pepper
lemon
1 teaspoon of olive oil 

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Chopped bell peppers in strips and broccoli. Put bell peppers and broccoli in a bowl and  mixed it with it with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Put it in a container to put in the oven and baked it for 20-30 minutes. 

Season the tilapia with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Heat broiler and broil it for 5-10 minutes. (note I made two tilapia fillets so that's why it's 5-10 minutes but if it's 3oz of tilapia, only 3 minutes in the broiler)
