Pan Fried Salmon with Balsamic Vinegar with Garlic and Ginger


Chopped and minced garlic and ginger. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Add garlic and ginger on top of salmon.

Add 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar to salmon and marinate it for 30 minutes. 

After marinating, heat up olive oil in the pan and cook salmon for 5 minutes per side.
