Pan Fried Salmon with Balsamic Vinegar with Garlic and Ginger

| Chopped and minced garlic and ginger. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Add garlic and ginger on top of salmon. |

| Add 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar to salmon and marinate it for 30 minutes. |

| After marinating, heat up olive oil in the pan and cook salmon for 5 minutes per side. |
