Late Happy Birthday Dinner for my friend Genevieve: Baked salmon, Chicken Adobo, and Chicken Soup with Wheat Pasta


Baked Salmon



Ingredients:
salmon
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of less sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic 

Marinate the salmon with the ingredients listed. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake salmon for 15-20 minutes. 

Healthy Chicken Adobo



Ingredients: 
5 chicken thighs
3/4 cup of less sodium soy sauce
1 cup of vinegar
1 cup of water
5 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves 
pepper

Chicken Soup with Wheat Pasta


Ingredients: 
1 chicken breast
1 cup of peas
1 cup of carrots
2 stalks of celery
2 cups of wheat pasta
4 cups of water
1 tablespoon of less sodium soy sauce
