Chicken Parmesan




Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
salt
pepper
1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1 egg plus 1 egg white
1 cup of plain breadcrumbs
2 cups of rao's homemade manara sauce
1 cup of shredded mozarella
grated parmesan

Cut the chicken breasts in small pieces and and season it with salt and pepper. Put the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in another bowl, and the breadcrumbs in a third bowl. Dip each chicken pieces in the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Coat a foil with cooking spray in the baking sheet and place chicken breasts on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes and then top each chicken pieces with marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella. Continue baking until cheese is bubbly and melted 15 minutes. Note: baking the chicken really depends on your oven to see how long so please check in your oven if the chicken is cook after 30 minutes or it could be less.
