Baked Salmon with Calamansi, Roasted Bell Peppers and Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar 6/26/2014






Ingredients: 
salmon fillets
salt
pepper
calamansi 
2 orange bell peppers
3 asparagus 
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
olive oil

Season salmon with salt, pepper, and squeeze calmansi juice. Chopped bell peppers and asparagus. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to bell peppers and asparagus in a container. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Baked salmon for 15-20 minutes. Baked roasted bell peppers and asparagus for 20-30 minutes, depending on how tender you want your bell peppers and asparagus to be.
