Smoky Sweet Potato Hash From Crazy Sexy Kitchen by Kris Carr







Ingredients: 

3 sweet potatoes 
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper 
1 yellow onion
2 teaspoons of smoked paprika 
3 tablespoons of olive oil
himalayan salt 
black ground pepper 

Instructions:

1. Washed all bell peppers and cut it in diced. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut it into cubes. Chopped yellow onion finely minced. 
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
3. Put  bell peppers, sweet potatoes, yellow onions in a bowl and add smoked paprika, olive oil, himalayan salt, and black ground pepper. Mixed all ingredients together. 
4. Pour the mixture in a baking sheet. Depending on your oven, cook for 30 minutes or more until potatoes are soft, browned and crispy. You got to check if it's cooked since every oven is different. It might take shorter or longer to cook.
