Banana Pancakes
Banana
Pancakes
A lot of people are in a rush, and they don’t have
time to cook breakfast in the morning, so they have to make something simple
and fast to eat. Here’s a simple breakfast to make, and it is only three
ingredients. It has protein and it is low in fat. Usually I make this when I
see that I only have eggs in my refrigerator and when the bananas are really
ripe in my kitchen.
Ingredients:
1 organic ripe banana
1 organic egg
olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Peel
the banana and then mash it with a fork in a bowl.
2. Crack
the egg and put it in the bowl with the mash banana. Stir it together.
3. Turn
on the stove in low heat. Add olive oil in the pan and then add two tablespoons
of the batter for each pancake. Cook one side for one minute or more. It’s time
to flip it over when you see the top side has holes or that looks like a
bubble.
4. Use
a spatula to flip each side of the pancake carefully so it won’t get ruined
when you flip it over. It’s done when
you see that your pancake is golden brown.
Note:
To make more of the batter, you can add two bananas and two eggs. To add more
flavor of your batter, you can add cinnamon with the banana and egg. When you
eat the banana pancakes, you can add any berries you like on top or have a
light syrup.
