Turkey Spinach Patties


Ingredients: 
1lb of organic ground turkey
1 egg
2 gloves of garlic
1/2 yellow onion
1 teaspoon of dried oregano  
1/2 bunch of spinach 
1 teaspoon minced ginger 
salt 
pepper

Chopped garlic, yellow onion, ginger, and spinach.  Combine garlic, yellow onion ginger, spinach, egg ,and  ground turkey in a bowl and mix it well. Season it with salt, pepper, and oregano. Make your own size of patties. Heat your pan and cook the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side. Eat it with pita bread.

Roasted Brussel Sprouts


Ingredients:
1lb of organic brussel sprouts
3 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
pepper 


Kale, Mango, and Fig Salad 


Ingredients:
1 cup of kale
1 mango
1/2 of avocado
3 figs

For dressing
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
lemon 

Cut mango in cubed and cut figs in half. Combine kale and mango together in a bowl. Put the figs and avocado on top. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon in the salad.
